This friary was officially established as friary last August 2, 2002. It is located in the town of Dolores, Eastern Samar. It is yet in the germination process of its apostolic character and potential service to the local church in the diocese of Borongan and for the whole region of Eastern Visayas (Samar and Leyte). Added to this development, devout and spiritually thirsty and hungry people have come to ask for recollection and retreat in our friary. It is for this reason that we realized the plan of making our place a spiritual center under the patronage of Mary Immaculate, St. Francis and St. Anthony of Padua: it is a Catholic, Marian-Franciscan Spiritual Center.
