The Immaculata Retreat House was once a formation house for the candidates and had housed the then budding Marian and Franciscan apostolate. Simultaneous with its becoming an Apostolate and Retreat House in 1994, additional structures were put to accommodate the growing demands of the apostolate. It has acquired a complex reality and character having four separate entities in the premises: the Immaculata friary (1994), the St. Anthony Clinic-Mission (1994), the Immaculata Retreat House (1994), St. Maximilian M. Kolbe Parish Church (2000).

The Custodial Curia located then in St. Maximilian M Seminary was transferred here in January 3, 2003. The move was crucial and decisive because the place has become the center of the Custodial administration and apostolate. The parish, retreat house, and clinic-mission are fields of work of the friars and students, whether it be an ordinary ministry or formative in expressing the Order’s Charism and Apostolate which is varied and rich in possibilities in promoting an integral evangelization of our people especially the poor.
