Fra Valerian Castillo, OFMConv. was installed as the fourth parish priest of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Novaliches last May 2, 2010.
Bishop Antonio Tobias of the Diocese of Novaliches formally installed Fra Valerian during the 6:00pm Mass. Fra Matthew Faraon, OFMConv. was also presented as the new Parochial Vicar. Before the installation, the Bishop blessed the GIHA-Kolbe Park in front of the church. A short program followed at the GIHA-Kolbe park after the Mass. |
